The very first thing I did which changed my life was to invite Archangel Raphael the healing angel into my life. He has guided me through inner knowing, something I have overheard or seen, or just feel is the right thing to do. Angels always come to us when we call on them, it is their duty. We also have a guardian angel waiting ready to help as soon as we ask, so ask....

 

Talk to Archangel Raphael each day, tell him how you feel. It was wonderfully liberating for me to say exactly how I felt, oh how I moaned, but it felt good to share, as this was something I didn't do. Always think of one or two things to be thankful for and tell him about any positive changes overtime. When you finish chatting, thank him for coming. You never know you may get a visitation like I did, but I can certainly promise you that if you ask for help and surrender anything and everything bothering you, you will receive guidance whether you notice or not. Ten years of life with Archangel Raphael, I know exactly when he is near as I take a very deep breathe and feel instant relaxation. Hindsight provides wonderful realisations. Enjoy!
