My total focus has been on using sound for healing and transformation either with human tuning forks or my voice and since working with sound I have gone from feeling great to fantastic and the changes both physically, cognitively and emotionally that I am seeing in people I am working with is astounding me. I know by raising our own vibration with sound to bring balance to our energy centres peels back the layers of life quite easily for transformation, but still requiring notice of this and then action to live life true to who we really are.

I have been writing a book for a very long time now and my determination to finish it before Christmas has got stronger and stronger. I feel this is because I now have all the knowledge to be able to complete it and sound is the final piece of the equation. My time and energy has been on writing and my case studies required to finish my course in March and then let's see what happens, hopefully the first announcement will be a published book and along with my CD Set and Sound I believe I am fully equipped to continue helping eliminate pain.
