"7 years of pain and 5 different diagnoses of weak sacroiliac, twisted pelvis, bursitis, bulging disc and sciatica to deteriorate to pain in my shoulders and neck, almost everywhere in fact. I felt like life wasn't worth living. Then coupled with unmet emotional needs, a negative mindset and living life in a frenzied state, I knew life had to change and so it did. My own healing journey commenced the day I took matters into my own hands. I pray that no one gets into the mess I did, but then it was always mean't to be as i've now written 'leaving pain behind the supernal way' and running classes in Chipperfield, Herts.

 

I have always been a healer. At nine years of age I instinctively knew what to do to heal my fathers racing pigeons. They would come home torn open from hitting wires and I would sew them up layer by layer without any thought or concern to my actions. I would make splints for broken wings and legs and nurse them back to health. Back to racing again. My time to share my gift with the world was not mean't to be though until much later in my life.

So in 2007 I started my own healing journey after hitting rock bottom. I instinctively knew what to then. It was a light bulb moment the minute I took ownership and declared I had tried all outside help and it was now time to deal with my health myself. I also studied extensively and now I live life in the present moment, full of positivity with brilliant health and wellbeing and most of all true to who I really am - an intuitive healer, guide and author.
